The ‘Sendhura’ mango, is also called Lalbhag or Sindura or Sendhoora. Sendhura is very elongated in shape, because of its extreme sweetness and flavor, it is also known as Honey Mango.
The Sendhura is a seasonal fruit, available from mid-April through the end of June. The fruits generally weigh between 150 and 300 grams. The skin of a fully ripe Alphonso mango turns bright red which spreads across the fruit.
